About Ashley McDavid, Esq.

Ashley L. McDavid graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1994 where she received her B.S. in Criminal Justice. Following her graduation from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000, she served as a clerk for an Alabama Supreme Court Justice. She then returned to Tuscaloosa to work as an Assistant Public Defender, representing the rights of the indigent.

Since then she has been practicing law in Tuscaloosa, expanding her understanding, knowledge and growing as a lawyer. Her experience and appeal for the legal world drew her to open her own practice, which has been successfully operating since 2007. Ashley McDavid’s desire is to represent her clients with empathy and attention to detail. She focuses on achieving effective results as she continues to build her firm’s reputation.

She recently was selected to serve as a member of the Board for Temporary Emergency Services in Tuscaloosa.
